Tommy Hilfiger Employees Wanted As Witnesses

We are currently investigating employment policies at Tommy Hilfiger retail outlets in California in connection with a soon-to-be-pending class action lawsuit. If you worked at a Tommy Hilfiger within the past three years, we would like to talk to you. All inquiries will be held in strictest confidence. We are interested in talking to you whether you currently work for Tommy Hilfiger, or you are a former Tommy Hilfiger employee. If you are a current employee of Tommy Hilfiger, we only want to speak to you if you are a sales associate. If you are a former employee of Tommy Hilfiger, we are interested in speaking to you whether you worked as manager, assistant manager or you worked at the corporate office. Our investigation concerns wage and hour law issues, including meal periods, rest periods and clothing purchase policies.
