    I'M ALSO A FORMER STORE MANAGER OF DOLLAR TREE STORES. I WAS FIRED BY DOLLAR TREE ON OCT/29/2007 USING FALSE ACCUSATIONS. BECAUSE OF THE MISTREATMENT , 6 PEOPLE ENDED UP QUITING FOR THIS UNFAIR ACT INCLUDING 2 ASSISTANT MANAGERS.
    DOLLAR TREE REPRESENTATIVES (DISTRICT MANAGERS) HAS THE TENDENCY TO ABUSE THEIR POWER WHEN THEY TEAM UP WITH STAFF IN HUMAN RESOURCES AND IMMEDIATE SUPERVISORS TO FIRE PEOPLE FOR NO REASON.
    I PERSONALLY TRIED TO CALL THE ASSOCIATE SUPPORT CENTER TO GIVE THEM MY PART OF THE STORY AND THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THE CALL BACK TIME FRAME IS HOURS AND ITS BEEN 4 DAYS WITH NO ANSWER.
    THE ACCUSATIONS MADE BY FORMER STORE MANAGERS ARE VERY TRUE . WE WORK A MINIMUM OF 50 HOURS TO A MAXIMUM OF 70 HOURS IN CHRISTMAS WITHOUT A MERIT OR A THANK YOU. THE DM'S REPRESENT THE MAFIA IN DOLLAR TREE BECAUSE THEY HOLD ALL FACTS AND THEY BERRY THE TRUTH FROM REGIONAL DIRECTORS AND BIG REPRESENTATIVES. MORE QUESTIONS EMAIL AT: rboussatta@yahoo.com

    I am a current retail/cashier at Dollar Tree Inc. and I am suprise to find about these current situation but not surprise about Dollar Tree wrong doing.
    I have or better say , we have problems with our hours ( they schedule us 4 1/2 to work soon as we arrive they don't let us clock in until 30 min. later and also they send us home before the hour we are schedule) and the other problem is that we never count our money before taking it, and we almost all the time short in money( we arrive with time to `count the money but they take the money out of the office and put it in the cash register, at the end we are present when they count the money but there is time that they send us to do something else and we are not present) I called the department of labot and they said they are not doing nothing ilegal. One co-worker is not there anymore because aparently she got short $100. I have not seing to talk about exactly what happen because I know she is very honest person.
