Tommy Hilfiger Employees Wanted As Witnesses

We are currently investigating employment policies at Tommy Hilfiger retail outlets in California in connection with a soon-to-be-pending class action lawsuit. If you worked at a Tommy Hilfiger within the past three years, we would like to talk to you. All inquiries will be held in strictest confidence. We are interested in talking to you whether you currently work for Tommy Hilfiger, or you are a former Tommy Hilfiger employee. If you are a current employee of Tommy Hilfiger, we only want to speak to you if you are a sales associate. If you are a former employee of Tommy Hilfiger, we are interested in speaking to you whether you worked as manager, assistant manager or you worked at the corporate office. [An employee's mother]

I have child who is being used as far as being scheduled to work at 2pm and released at 2 am so that they can come in to work at 6am that same day. That person is given 4 hours to eat, sleep and get ready. Now, you tell me what is wrong with that picture. And the only reason that person was released at 2am instead of 3am is because that person ask the supervisor I am I suppose to come in at 6am that same day.
